Omer Ecology Srl can provide systems to deal with used tyres from cars and lorries, starting from their original sizes through to the particle stage.
Our standard systems can bead break lorry tyres, perform an initial phase of rough grinding (crumbing), a midway grinding phase (chipping), and a fine grinding phase, and stores the particles depending on size.

Our tyre treatment systems are designed complete with suction systems, steel sorting systems, cooling systems and, depending on customer requirements, they can be adapted to different types of processing. We can also provide moulding systems to make tiles of various sizes from the particles.
