For the treatment of ELTs (end-of-life tyres),Omer Ecology Srl can offer systems capable of processing both car and truck tires starting from their original dimensions up to granulation.

Our standard systems include the bead breaking of truck tyres, a first coarse grinding phase (ciabattaura), a medium grinding phase (chipping), a fine granulation phase and the storage of the granule according to its size.

Our treatment lines are designed complete with suction systems, steel sorting, cooling systems and, according to customer needs, are adapted to the different types of work. We are also able to supply the molding system to make tiles of various sizes starting from the granule.
